Custom Orders
Once you have seen your product on the “Custom Orders” page you have the choice of purchasing the product or contacting us with changes. If you seek a change we will do our best to meet your request and put it up on the “Custom Orders” page. All “Custom Orders” become the property of URWrong Prints. By purchasing a custom order you agree that URWrong Prints has the right to use parts or all of your custom order for sale to others.
If you are satisfied with what you see on the “Custom Orders” page go ahead and follow the normal “Cart” procedures to make payment. On T-shirt orders indicate color and size.
We will not print anything until the product you have approved is paid for.
If a custom product doesn’t match the approved design or if there's a material defect with the product or other issues check the return policy below.
Please help us by double checking your custom orders before you pay for them.
Merchandise already on the URWrong Prints website is sold as is. Unless the product is damaged in some material way (or in the case of t-shirts URWrong Prints sent the wrong size or color) no refunds or returns are available.
Additional custom-made returns we don't allow
Because these products are custom-printed just for you, we can't accept a return for the following reasons:
Shirt style, size, or color isn't what you expected. (For instance, the order you submitted was specifically for a large t-shirt but you really wanted a medium is a not a failure on our part)
Package(s) didn't arrive in time or were lost or stolen following a delivery.
You don't like it.
But what if there's a problem (not listed above) with your custom product?
You have 14 calendar days from the date the package was signed for to write or call us about the product. We will work with you to find a solution that is fair.

If there is a material defect or printing defect that falls outside of stated limitations, we'll offer a discount or reprint the product (if possible). We're unable to offer a return for custom printed merchandise.
Refunds (if there's a custom-printing error, etc)
We cannot accept returns on customized goods, unless there is a printing error or defect that falls outside of the stated limitation that differs from the approved design (Remember … you approved the design by paying for it). If you have product or service questions, please call us at 423-367-5180.
If your return is approved, URWrong Prints will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping terms on returned custom clothing orders
URWrong Prints printing will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returning items (if due to material defect or printing error). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
